I don't know my password
If you've forgotten your password, click here to log in, then type in your email address (the one you signed up with - if you paid by Paypal, it might be your Paypal email address) and click 'forgot password' underneath the login area.
Check your spam/junk folder in case the password-reset email is hiding in there!

When will the installment payments be taken?
How do I make my next payment?
If you used our 5-pay option your next payment will be taken automatically 1 calendar month after the first one, and the following payments will happen monthly after that. Our payment provider will send you a notification email before the payment is due to be automatically collected. It will also notify you if you card is about to expire. If you paid by Paypal you can have a look at your bank statement / Paypal account to see when your first payment went out. You can also check your Klarna or Clearpay accounts to see the payment schedule.

It's automagical. All you need to do is make sure there are sufficient funds available :)
 
Aaagh, my payment has failed! How do I fix it?
Don't panic! - you can log in to your Good Ship account and update your card details in your Billing tab. Once you're logged in, click on your avatar and choose 'Settings' and then 'Billing.'
 
You need up-to-date card details, as well as sufficient funds. Sometimes your bank stops a transaction too if it thinks it's suspicious. In that case, you need to contact your bank.

PLEASE NOTE: If you miss a payment, access to the course will automatically be revoked and it will disappear from your Course Library. If this happens, just make the outstanding payment and it will automagically reappear!
 
*Glitch Warning* - (We are pestering Kajabi to resolve this!)

When your course reappears in your Library, the 'helpful' robot that switches it back on also resets the date on which the course officially started. This affects how many modules you can see. It's a bit like snakes and ladders, if you miss a payment when we are in Module 6 it will start you back at the beginning again. It's annoying, but we have to reset this start date manually for now. If it happens, just email Alice on [email protected] and she will fix it for you!
